Keene’s Pointe Community is Windermere FL Neighborhood of the week

Welcome to the Featured Neighborhood of the week.  This week the neighborhood that I would like to feature is Keene’s Pointe Homes for Sale.  This is a community that was building was started in 2009 to current 2013 and offers the prestige of a Windermere address that comes with great schools, access to local shopping and great conveniences.  Homes vary is size and style and offer home on tree lined streets and homes on shoreline of LakeBurden, LakeTibet and LakeIsleworth.  

The homes start in the mid $400’s and luxurious lake front homes that are over $4.5 million dollars.  This homes offer a great place for a family to settle down with in their distinct home and it offers the great location for waterfront luxurious homes.  We also have homes for rent on a yearly basis in this community.
