Merrick Landing consists of 53 homes. 12 homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook the pond. Normally there are 0-1 homes for sale here. There is a community pool and pool house. The video above is fairly thorough but short.

The schools servicing the communities in this area have been changing lately. The changes are finally starting to settle but we should only use the most current information.
