Ashlin Park is a beautiful Ashton Woods community in Windermere FL. Ashton Park's primary entrance is on the west side of Winter Garden Vineland Rd/ CR 535. On the east side of Winter Garden Vineland Road just to the south is Lake Burden.

Ashlin Park is a relatively new and mixed neighborhood containing both traditional single-family homes and townhomes. The community contains 259 homes and of those 259 homes there are approximately 122 townhomes and 137 traditional homes.

The townhomes are located on Flowing Water Ally, Serenity Bend and a few on Ashlin Park Blvd. The townhomes are primarily on the south side of the community. Being on the southern side makes it easier to take the Tattant Blvd. exits which is an alternative route to Winter Garden Vineland Rd and the Westside Shoppes.

Local shopping

Local Shopping from Ashlin Woods is what you choose. There are a couple of nearby choices. For daily items I recommend the Lakeside Shopping Village Center and the Westside Shoppes they are less than 1-mile to the south. There is a Publix Supermarket, hair Salon, Immediate Care Clinic, a gas station which is rare in Windermere. You will also find some restaurants. If you are fitness oriented there is also a gym there.
