Amenities in Oasis Cove are excellent and some neighboring townhome communities could learn from Oasis Cove. There is a fantastic pool and it is located near the entrance and the center of the neighborhood. There is also a playground, cabanas and a small fitness center. A nicer fitness center is over by Lakeside Village.

The total monthly fees are subject to change. Currently they are $429 per month. The fee includes basic cable TV, internet, water, sewage and pest control. All of course subject to change but we can confirm when we are actually looking at specific homes for sale.
