Del Webb in Davenport FL

Del Webb is a large community located about 3.5 miles south of where Interstate-4 meets US-27. You will have to be somewhat paying attention or you could miss the sign. The community sets off to the east of US-27 and directly across from Del Webb is a mini storage and some small shops to potentially distract you. Other than that you will see a lot of open space for future development.

Del Webb has hundreds of homes. Have no fear the amenities are very nice and yes there is room for everyone. In a normal month around 5 homes sell here. That will slow at some point but right now growth continues and the average home only costs around $310,000. The most expensive to have sold in the previous 6 months was under $425,000. Ridgewood Lakes Village

Ridgewood Lakes Village is a little larger than Del Webb. On average around 8 homes will sell here each month. Yes some homes here are newer but some were built back in the mid 1990's. Full disclosure my home was built in the 1990's and with just a few thousand dollars it has all of the bells and whistles that newer homes do. Ridgewood lakes is also a little less expensive than it's neighbor and I believe the amenities are just as nice or nicer. In the previous 6 months the average price was around $230,000. The most expensive sold for only $372,000. 

Shopping from either of these two communities is only a few minutes from the entrance to the north. There is a cinema and a whole lot more there. Disney World Resort is only 15 miles from the entrance to these communities. Needless to say there is much more in the area between Disney and any home in Davenport.
