Ridgewood Lakes is a deed restricted community in Davenport Fl. Ridgewood lakes has a main entrance on Highway 27 which is shown above. For those not familiar with Davenport FL is has a lot more to offer than initially meets the eye.

Ridgewood Lakes is a beautiful community. There are many reasons to consider moving here. Davenport is a great area with much to offer and you get more for your money than in Windermere or some of the other areas in Orlando.

The HOA

Ridgewood comes with an HOA of just over $800 per year and a monthly maintenance fee of around $160. Included are the recreation and fitness center. Which I will show you and cover more when we visit. This is a golfing community but even if you do not play it does add to the scenery and relaxing atmosphere.

Seen to the left is the Ridgewood Lakes activity center. It is located near the center of the community and has a lot to offer. You will be spending a lot of time here when not shopping or visiting the local attractions with visiting family members. Keeping in mind the main highways are minutes away and so are Disney and Universal. Ridgewood just happens to be far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet unless you choose otherwise.
