The Preserve at the Lakes of Windermere is a large gated community just west of Lake Reams. It has a beautiful entrance with a white picket fence and a very large pond and fountain. The gate sits back from Reams Road but it is a secure electronic entrance gate. There is a nice community pool near the entrance with great parking.

There are some waterfront homes in the community one the three ponds. The homes all seem to be in great shape and the community is attractive inside.

The Preserve at Lakes of Windermere is on the north side of Reams Road about half of a mile west of Disney University. You will notice it in the same area as Legado. In recent years there have been many new stores and restaurants built by Disney University but, if you want more then there is much more near and around Lakeside Village now also.
