Yes Lake Eola Park has lights at night. Lake Eola Park closes at 11:59 PM each day and reopens at 6 AM. Every evening there is a synchronized light show between 8 PM and 9 PM and you can also request that the static sculptures be lit in one of the approved colors available. Not to mention the downtown Orlando lights and the twinkling lights in the night sky.
During the Christmas Season the Eola Wonderland Christmas tree lighting comes to life with a synchronized light show between November 11th and December 31st. Truly it will seem like a million lights are illuminating this visual and music Christmas tree show.
Although not as spectacular as the Walt Disney theme parks in the holiday season it is till something to see. Not to mention free to the immediate downtown Orlando community. Don't be disappointed, downtown Orlando parking garages are fairly inexpensive and close to Lake Eola Park.
The Walt Disney Amphitheater is located on the northwest shore of lake Eola. You will recognize the rainbow colors for a lifetime after seeing them.
