Windermere Landing is a community in Windermere FL. Windermere Landing is a non-gated community located on Chase Road and connected to The Enclave in Windermere. Its main entrance is about .7 miles east of Winter Garden Vineland Road on the southern side of Chase Rd. There is another entrance inside of the Enclave.
Windermere Landing has 153 homes inside of it. There are basically 2 different styles there are 48 of the traditional larger homes and 105 of the newer 2 story homes that are this but deep with parking in the front but with the garages attached in the rear.
The community does have a large pond with 16 homes overlooking it and a nice community pool and children’s playground. The amenities center is on a very large lot with a soccer field and a nice exercise trail around it. Four trips around this sidewalk/ exercise trail would be over one mile if you are a jogger like I am.
Local shopping is likely to be either the Windermere Village, Westside Shoppes or the Lakeside Shopping Village. The Lakeside Village and Cornerstone at Summerport both have a Publix Supermarket and are within just a couple of miles north or south on Winter Garden Vineland Rd.
They have recently completed of Windermere Village. This is a modern trendy shopping center which now has an Aldi. The Lakeside Village shopping center has a gas station. For convenience there is a Walgreens and some stores, service providers and pizza much closer.
