The Place at Channelside

The Place at Channelside is just to the east of where the photo above was taken. It is called Channelside for a reason. Just to the east you will see both freighters and cruise ships docked for loading etc. The Ybor Channel and Port Tampa Cruise Terminal and much more are a short stroll way. This is only an 8 story building but that is all that is needed. You can occasionally get a penthouse there for around the 1 million dollar mark. Like most downtown areas there is plenty to do just outside the door. This condominium is located on South 12th Street.

Skypoint Condominium

Skypoint is located at 777 North Ashley Drive. It is actually the third tower from the left in the photo above. The Skypoint is a 32 floor high-rise condominium overlooking the Hillsborough River and obviously the downtown area. This condominium was built in 2007'ish and still looks very modern. The Towers of Channelside or simply The Towers are located just south of The Place at Channelside in Eastern Downtown Tampa FL. This location has a lot to offer and if you like being around touristy locations you should be thrilled. You will be thrilled with the amenities and the ability to get out and enjoy the area. prices range from just under $600,000 to just over $1,500,000 normally.

Ventana

Ventana seldom has condos for sale. This condominium is located on the northern end of Ybor Channel just north of The Place at Channelside. Still a good location just a little bit further to walk to the best parts of what is known as the Channel District.
