Skypoint is located at 777 N Ashley Dr. That places the building just about 200 yards east from the Tampa Riverwalk along the Hillsborough River. On the way to the riverwalk you will pass through the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park where you may see an occasional concert. This is also a great place to take your dog after you buy your condo here. However the dog will have to way under 50 pounds to be allowed in the condominium. 

The area is fantastic. Right outside of your door you have the best parts of downtown Tampa without all of the hustle and bustle of the cruise line customers etc. If you like a little more activity and a slightly different view then maybe consider The Towers of Channelside or The Tampa EDITION which are both very nice.
