The Eden Isle homes for sale are 21.2 miles (13.2 km) West-Southwest of downtown Orlando. It is on the Southeastern side of Lake Speer. There is a lot of new construction going near this area of Windermere. That of course means there are many new homes for sale. The Town of Windermere 

Windermere is famous for several things. Many beautiful homes for sale, various new shops and restaurants to choose from, its' local freshwater lakes, the Butler Chain of lakes, famous residents, great golf and the nearby theme parks. Locally it is also admired for its' good schools and the newly constructed Windermere High School. When you are looking at houses for sale anywhere in the Windermere area you may rest assured. After buying a home in Eden Isle if you are sitting around with nothing to do it is by choice.

About Eden Isle

Eden Isle consists of 175 homes. Nearly 1/2 of the homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook the pond or parts of Lake Speer. Normally there are  1-3 homes for sale here. There is a park area in the middle of the community with a children's play area. There is also a pier and a boat launch. For the HOA expect around $100 per month. It will vary and there are restrictions. I will get you all the information you want upon request.
