Wedgefield Orlando FL   

Wedgefield is a large rural area east of Avalon Park. Wedgefield's eastern border is FL-520. There are a surprising number of homes in this area.   

Homes For Sale in Orlando FL

The homes in southern Wedgefield have the largest lots. This is an area where people generally do not want to see their neighbors home. I actually like this area because the homes are relatively close but still very separate. Many of the lots in southern Wedgefield are 500 feet deep and over 100 feet wide. The 528 runs east and west on Wedgefield's southern border making it much easier to reach the more populated areas of Orlando or even Interstate 95 to the east.

Northern Wedgefield is a little more dense. Specifically Wedgefield Park and the homes around Wedgefield Golf Club. These homes are on the more typical lots and would fit right in many of the communities to the west in the area more commonly thought of as Orlando.
