Twinwaters consists of a northern and southern section divided by Marsh Road (as seen on Google Maps). Lakefront homes are located in the Northern Section and thankfully, normally there are  homes for sale here. There is a park area in the middle of the community with a nice pool and a children's play area. The pool has a very perfect children's wading area on one side. There is also a nice path around the large pond in the center of the community for those cool evening strolls or fitness purposes.
