It can easily go unnoticed because it is in northeastern Oviedo but if should be considered if the area is acceptable. Only 4 miles from the Oviedo Mall to the south there are still plenty of shopping just minutes away. If you plan on commuting around Orlando there is a great highway for that just 1 mile west from the community.

The community

The Preserve at Black Hammock was built from 2007 through 2011. The homes and community still look incredible and similar to many finer new home communities. There is no community pool etc to drive up HOA fees. There is however a nice community park on the north side just beside the entrance. The Preserve at Black Hammock is just a fine community filled with great people and beautiful homes.
