Southern Oaks is actually east of Winter Springs FL. The community is in eastern Oviedo FL but Oviedo is a large area and here in central Florida, city boundaries are sometimes challenging to keep track of. There are two parts to Southern Oaks and they are separated by the 434 but basically you could call them across the street from one another. The community is only 1 mile from the 417 which will greatly enhance your ability to travel all around Orlando or north to Interstate 4.

To the south only 3.5 miles and you reach the Mall in Oviedo and there are a lot of shopping opportunities between you and the mall. The Mall in Oviedo is also a very large mall and great to visit.

Southern Oaks smallest home is 2,809 square feet. Originally the homes her started off a little more than $400,000. The largest homes are about 2,000 sf. larger and come in at 4,830 square feet which of course is a very large home. Taylor Morrison builds beautiful communities so expect to be impressed.
