The Orchard in Winter Garden Florida often has homes for sale. The Orchard is a townhome community. The Orchard Townhomes are located on the west side of Winter Garden Vineland Road 1/3 of a mile south of the Florida Turnpike. The entrance is directly across from Daniels Landing which is another townhome community. The Orchard is a community of 122 townhomes. Due to its’ size there are normally 7 sales per year and one or two homes for sale at any given time. These townhomes like many in this area have the garages to their rear in alleys but still have some parking in front of the homes. You will notice the community is gated and has an attractive entrance with pergolas on each side of the entrance. Once you enter there are only 3 street names to remember. They are Orchard Leaf Way, Winter Nellis Cir. and Golden Russet Dr. You may park on any of these streets where there is a recessed area for parking.

Amenities

The neighborhood has a community pool, pool house and shaded children’s playground on the southern side. The pool is ample size and although it is easily within parking distance there is parking for 6 cars is you choose.

Local shopping

Will most likely be the Publix at West Point Commons on West Colonial Dr. or at the Winter Garden Village to the South. The Winter Garden Village is much bigger with many stores, boutiques and restaurants however there are many stores etc. on West Colonial Dr. also and it does go all of the way east to Orlando.
