The builder and project

The Builder is DeBartolo Development and the site is one of the few remaining opportunities to purchase new construction homes for sale in this area. There will be both waterfront homes and homes in the traditional community setting. The waterfront homes are allowed to be up to 3 levels and 45 feet tall in overall height. After purchase you have 2 years for your builder to build or to re-sell your lot.

The time is now to let your interest be known. Preliminary prices for first group of waterfront lots have been announced. Pricing begins at 2.6 million, go up to 12.9 million and the prices are subject to change. Contact us today for a map and to start submitting your LOI (letter of intent).
