Point Orlando Resort Orlando FL is located East of Spring Lake and Southeast of what used to be wet'n Wild. If you are looking on Google Maps you will probably still see Wet'n Wild.
Point Orlando Resort is 7.25 miles (11.7 km) Southwest of downtown Orlando. It is East of Spring Lake and Southeast of Sandy Lake. About 1000 feet to its' South is Lake Plat. There are several places with homes/condos for sale in that area. I can schedule us to see several homes for sale in that area if you prefer.
Point Orlando Resort consists of many condos/homes. Some would be called hotel style condos. The main things about Point Orlando Resort, investment, location and pricing. When I look at pictures of condos or townhome communities I usually on use them for a guide. They could be pictures from when the place was new used to draw people to the location to see the condos or townhomes for sale. However I have been to Point Orlando Resort and it is still very nice.
In the past 12 months 2 homes for sale have sold (Some homes for sale do not). The lowest priced home sold for $150,000 and the highest priced home sold for $240,000.The highest priced home for sale to have ever sold was $388,500. However the average sales price for the last 12 months has been $195,000.As you will see below some homes for sale now will sell for more. They are very nice and some you could call luxurious.
For the HOA expect around $500-$750 per month. It will vary and there are restrictions. I will get you all the information you want upon request.
