Palomar is a beautiful lakeside community in northern Orlando Florida. Palomar is nestled between Lake Fairview and Lake Sarah. It is a larger community than it seems in the photo. Palomar has approximately 175 homes of which 55 are lakefront.

Palomar is a well kept secret. There is very little traffic and it is a beautiful area to drive through. The homes in this community were all built between 1915 and 2008. Surprised? The 1915 home is actually a very nice Tuscan style villa. Only 6-7 homes sell here every year. Prices obviously vary a great deal with nearly 1/3 of the homes being on a lake. Several of the homes are approaching one million dollars in value while others are in the $300,000 range.
