Orlando Mansions    

There are many Orlando Mansions. In fact you would probably be surprised how many mansions in Orlando FL that there area. Especially if you include the surrounding cities. Orlando FL normally has 150 homes for sale for over one million dollars. That may seem like quite a few but this is a very large area. If you include the surrounding cities you end up with approximately 600.

Orlando FL Real Estate

For simplicity this article will just cover the Orlando FL mansions and million dollar homes. The highest priced homes the day I wrote this were in Golden Oak. Golden Oak is art of Disney World. It is spectacular but for your money you could probably do better. However many foreign investors and wealthy people really love being so close to Disney World.

Lake Nona Mansions

Not to be left out is Lake Nona which is also part of Orlando. Lake Nona is basically a Tavistock project. Nearly all of the homes in the Lake Nona gated community will sell for over one million dollars. Lake Nona also includes several other communities however homes over a million dollars are still fairly rare in them.

Northern Orlando

Northern Orlando FL mansions are probably my favorite. There are some well established mansions there. You can just as easily spend millions on a new home, or even on penthouse in one of the higher end condominiums. I would spend my money on a Orlando Mansion overlooking one of the many lakes in northern Orlando.
