Gated Communities in 32836

There are certainly plenty of gated communities in 32836 to choose from. This zip code is closely but not completely associated with the Dr Phillips area. It is however in Orlando. The zip code wraps around the southern end of The Butler Chain of Lakes and includes some very classy and hidden away gated communities. Not all of the famous ones are even lakefront.

The two most prominent gated communities on the western side of the lakes are Royal Cypress Preserve and of course the hidden away Golden Oak of Walt Disney World fame. Of the two Golden Oak is by far the nicest but it would be hard to go wrong with either.

In the eastern portion of the 32836 zip code things get a little more competitive. Although I am mentioning the communities with the most sales they may not be the nicest ones. There are some lakefront homes with helicopter pads and private gated entrances as well. Our favorite communities are Cypress Pointe, Phillips Landing, Estates at Parkside, Phillips Grove, Ruby Lake and Vizcaya. I really like where I currently live.
