Due to the amount of homes there are always Falcon Trace homes for sale. In the previous 6 months 20 sold. Prices normally range from $240,000 to $400,000.  The homes vary in size from 1,446 to 3,896 square feet. This community was started in 1998 and completed in 2005. The location is superb.
