 Emerald Pointe is an Island community inside of Hickory Hammock. Island Pointe is on the northern side its hosting community and sees very little traffic. All the island has is beautiful views of Johns Lake. Rarely do you find a more exclusive community than a gated community inside of another one. Similar to Deer Island only more exclusive Emerald Island is more of a peninsula than an actual island. After putting in your numbered code at the electronic gate to Emerald Pointe the gate opens and you begin your journey home. About 1000 feet later you reach Burch Island Ct. on your right. There will be only 7 homes located here. The lots are very nice just not as desirable as the ones found just a little further down Emerald Pointe Dr.
