Copeland Park does have some lakefront homes. They do not come up for sale often as there are not many of them. Lake Lancaster to the East has some lakefront homes occasionally as well but other than that most lakes in this area have lake view.

To the south of the lakefront homes there is a wide variety of pricing in a small area. All of the homes are nice and this area and Delaney Park are excellent places to live. Many of the local communities are unmarked, or have community signs that are difficult to locate. At one time the sign may have been in a great location but the community grows and the sign never moves.

There is an eclectic mix of home styles in most of the communities in this area. Many of the homes are older but have been renovated and some have been replaced with newer styles for an assortment of reasons. Primarily the are here is what drives the interest. There is a primary road for commuting and you get to have the benefits of being in a town while living in a semi rural setting or even on a lake. Orlando is a truly incredible place.
