Bridgewater is fairly difficult to find. The sign shown above is actually not on the main road but is located inside of the community. The main entrance to this neighborhood is not as clearly marked as Fernbrook Trails. Both entrances are located on Howell Branch Road 3/4 of a mile north of Aloma Ave. These are both very good roads to be on or have access to. Not only for local shopping but commuting. The 417 is only 2 miles to your east and so is a lot of shopping. There is other shopping nearer but not as nice or varied. You will also no doubt use the 417 at least occasionally because it makes your travel times to the north and south so much shorter.

When you combine Bridgewater and Fernbrook Trails you get a community of both townhomes and traditional single family homes. The townhomes are located in Fernbrook Trails. Great commuting and shopping nearby help make sure of that. Neither community is gated or has a great deal of amenities to drive up HOA fees either.
