Bay Vista Estates is located between South Apopka Vineland Rd. and Big Sand Lake. Its northern border is pretty much Bay Vista Estates Blvd. It's southern border is Darlene Dr. Bay Vista Estates is located 3 miles southeast of Universal Resort.

Bay Vista consists of approximately 233 homes of which 40 are lakefront homes and  20 are pond front. There are more which are pond or lakeview.
