Anderson Park is a larger community located approximately 5 miles North of Downtown Orlando on the Western side of I-4. Anderson Park is halfway between Interstate 4 and Lake Silver. All of this is on the North portion of the area known as College Park. Anderson Park is a fairly large community. Unfortunately like many of the communities in this portion of Orlando it is not marked. It begins on the south side of W Par Street and Dubsdread Cir. and extends south to Rugby Street.
As for the market history etc, in the previous 2 years 42 homes have sold in Anderson Park. The homes varied in size from 709 square feet up to 3,273 square feet. Many of the homes in this area are older homes. Around 30% of them were built in the 1950's or earlier. A lot of the older homes have been and are being drastically remodeled or replaced.
Princeton Elementary, College Park Middle School and Edgewater High School should be the schools for this communities children. You can confirm the information at OCPS.net or by calling 407.317.3233
W Par Street and Princeton Street both go to Interstate-4 and both have access to the Interstate. Northern Orlando is a very easy place to commute from. It is also very close to everything you need, and everything which makes Orlando the great city that it is.
