Redtail is a golfing community with luxury homes weaved throughout the course. Homes for sale are fairly common, but the homes certainly are not. Redtail homes are normally in the Heathrow Country Estates or Serenity at Redtail.
The homes in Redtail vary in size from approximately 2,400 square feet up to nearly 11,000 square feet of living area. The first homes wee built in 2005 and some building continues to this date. In the previous 3 years homes in Redtail have sold for prices ranging up to $1,645,000 although the mean price was around $500,000.
