Worthington Park in north Windermere FL is a gated community. Worthington Park is very exclusive and was built with that exclusivity in mind. Behind these massive gates there are only 10 luxury homes and two remaining lots owned by the Homeowners Association.

Worthington Park seldom has homes for sale. This community has only seen one home sell in the previous 3 years from the day I write this. 9/19/2022. Normally homeowners re-sell every seven years so we may have some hit the market over the next 4 years. 

The first 2 homes in this neighborhood were built in 2002 and the rest came spread out over the next 8 years. Luxury homes have remained relatively unchanged and can be updated with more modern technology etc. You just pick the home for sale you deem worthy of the upgrade.

This part of Windermere is much like and very close to Gotha. Two cities with rich histories and old growth trees. This is an amazing pace to tuck away an incredible community like Worthington Park.
