Wintermere Harbor is a gated community of 67 homes in Winter Garden Fl. Wintermere Harbor is located on the eastern side of Winter Garden Vineland road approximately 1/3 of a mile south of the Daniel Webster 429 Toll Road.
The sister community to Wintermere Pointe this is a small community of nice homes some of which are waterfront and some lakefront on Lake Luntz. As soon as you enter there is a park located on the south side of Lakeshore Grove Drive. At the park there is also a secluded pier which goes out onto Lake Luntz.
Because of the size of Wintermere Harbor not many homes come up for sale here. On average expect 3-4 homes to sell every year. This is a nice community with affordable living in a secure gated area. The surrounding communities are typically priced a little higher but most people will be perfectly happy living in Wintermere Harbor.
There is only one entrance and exit for the community. Thankfully it goes onto Winter Garden Vineland Road.
