The Winter Oaks community

Winter Oaks was mostly completed between 2003 and 2007. With only a couple of exceptions. The homes vary in size from approximately 1,300 to 3,200 square feet although most are over 1,500. The community is very well maintained and has a children's park next to the community pool. Both the community pool and park are shaded by mature trees although the pool is only partially shaded.

Next to Winter Oaks is a large community park. There is a lot to do here or a lot to just sit back and watch. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 full basketball courts and 6 baseball/softball fields and more. Needless to say it is an attractive community feature.
