There is a very large community pool that overlooks Reedy lake. There is a children’s splash park and even a resort style water slide. There are several playgrounds and large courtyards throughout Windsor Hills. Also included are tennis courts, basketball courts, a seven-hole putting green and naturally a volleyball court. At the clubhouse there is a sundry shop, fitness center, gaming room and even an ATM machine.

You can occasionally see a home for sale as cozy as 1,390 sf. The townhomes vary from 1,640 sf. down to 1,204 sf. and the condos are as large as 1,450 sf. and as cozy as 1,081 sf.
