The Reserve at Windermere is on Windermere Road, The Reserve at Windermere is by Element Homes which also built Bella Vita Estates and Lake Down Reserve. The first two communities are located just over 1 mile apart and both are just north of downtown Windermere FL. Lake Down Reserve is on Conroy Windermere Road.
