Windermere Crossing occasionally has homes for sale. Windermere Crossing is a community in Winter Garden FL. This neighborhood also contains a subdivision named Cambridge Crossing. Because the community’s sign says Windermere Crossing I will address it that way. The community is gated and located on the south side of Stoneybrook West Pkwy and the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429 Toll Rd.).

The neighborhoods western side in on the bank of Lake Reaves and its’ east side is Lake Whitney Elementary School and George Bailey Park.

Windermere Crossing

Windermere Crossing contains 142 homes 12 of which are lakefront homes on Lake Reaves. There are over 20 other homes which are either waterfront on one of the 4 ponds or water view.

The pond on Windermere Crossing Cir. is the most attractive and has a nice fountain. There is no community pool but there is a very attractive park on the shore of Lake Reaves. It contains a small children’s playground and a lot of open area. Sidewalks cross over it so the residents can go through or visit it and not walk over the grass.

Local shopping

Will either be the Winter Garden Village or Plantation Grove to the East. Plantation Grove has a Publix Supermarket, gas stations and a lot of other stores and restaurants. The Winter Garden Village has a Target Supercenter, Best Buy, Lowes Hardware and just a whole lot more. If Walmart is of interest to you, there is a Walmart Supercenter located in Ocoee 3.8 miles away and it is right across from Health Central Hospital.
