Windermere Chase is very close to Ocoee Florida and many people visiting Ocoee expect it to be in Ocoee. Likely most of your shopping will be done in Ocoee and there is a Publix Supermarket, gas stations, restaurants and many other shops and services very near this community. Another great perk of Windermere Chase is the low traffic near it's entrances and the ease at which you can normally get around this area.

The Homes

The homes in Windermere Chase vary in size from approximately 2,286 square feet of living area to over 4,300. The community was built beginning in 1999 and being finished by 2002. There are very few homes in the subdivision not built in this time period.

The Housing Market

In the previous 2 years only 9 homes have sold here. Prices have ranged from $327,000 to $400,000 with most of the homes selling for closer to that $400,000 mark. This is comparable to the local area and the communities only downside is the proximity to the Florida Turnpike. With the yearly number of sales being as low as they are it seems that the residents are not to bothered. I have visited the community several times and could easily live there myself. It is a beautiful place and I love all of the mature trees.
