All 3 courtyards have nice sidewalks and are very well landscaped. When you combing the courtyards with the two ponds which both have sidewalks all of the way around them there are more than enough exercise trails for most people.

Shopping from Wickham Park will likely be the Lakeside Village or the Westside Shoppes. There is a Publix Supermarket there. There is also a very popular salon, a pet store and an immediate care clinic.

If you like there is even a couple of restaurants. After you eat you can go join the gym there. Most importantly it has one of the few gas stations in all of Windermere FL. All conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Wickham Park.
