Westchester is a community in Metrowest-Orlando Florida. Westchester is located 5.6 miles west of what is commonly called downtown Orlando. The homes for sale here are approximately ½ of a mile east of Lake Hiawassee.

Westchester contains approximately 160 homes. 20 of the homes are waterfront on one of the two community ponds. Westchester was started in 1987 and was mostly completed 2 years later. There are however a couple of newer exceptions. The homes vary in sizes from approximately 1,440 square feet to 2,100 square feet of living space and normally 10-12 homes sell every year. That is the average for several years now. Westchester is a great non-gated community in NW Metrowest.
