Wedgewood commons is a community consisting of approximately 100 homes f which 10 are waterfront. There is a pond on the northeast side. There is also a large open area in the center of the community that keeps the homes from being so close together. Rachels' Ridge Loop encircles the open area.

The community

The community was built between the years 1997 and 2000. The homes do not have large yards. The homes sizes vary from 1,780 to 3,849 square feet of living area. Very decent home sized for an Ocoee community built in the late 1990's. In the previous three years only 13 homes have sold which is a low number for a community of 100 homes. The prices ranged up to $280,000 with most of the homes selling for over $250,000.

Local Public Schools are Citrus Elementary and Ocoee Middle and High School. Ocoee High School is in western Ocoee near Lake Apopka.
