The community has only 1 entrance which is on the west side of McKinnon Rd. just south of Lake Roberts. The entrance is gated, beautiful and clearly marked.  If you are not from this area Lake Roberts is approximately 11.4 miles West of Downtown Orlando on the south side of the Daniel Webster 429.

This community is one of the best kept secrets in Northern Windermere. The HOA fee is low and most of the homes have a decent distance between them. Many of these homes are on lots over one acre in size.

Waterford Pointe amenities are really nice. Both of the ponds have fountains and there is a gorgeous fountain at the community entrance. Once inside the neighborhood continues to impress.

On the north side of Waterford Pointe Blvd. about 1000’ from the entrance is the community park. There is an amenities center, children’s playground, tennis court and a boat ramp with a small pier.

Shopping around Waterford Pointe

Local Shopping will likely be at the Winter Garden Village just 3 miles away. There is a Target Supercenter, Lowes Hardware, numerous restaurants and nearly ½ of a square mile of parking and shopping to experience. There is even an immediate care center and a LA Fitness.

From the 429 access which is near the Winter Garden Village you can reach downtown Orlando FL or Universals Orlando Resort in 20 minutes. Disney’s Magic Kingdom is also 20 minutes to the south. Waterford Pointe is very centrally located.
