Vista Verde Estates is a smaller community in Montverde FL. Vista Verde only has about 24 home sites. They are however larger than normal and the community is beautiful. The entrance sign is rather humble but the community has beautiful homes. If you have ever driven around Montverde you know it is really nice. There is more to it than most people usually see.
Vista Verde is about a lifestyle. A rural lifestyle where you come home to a very nice home. You can stand on your back porch and not see the whites of your neighbors eyes. There is room for your dog to run and enjoy your yard and the children do not have to play catch in the street. But if they do there is hardly ever traffic. These are things taken for granted in many communities today. If they matter to you then hopefully there is a home for sale in Montverde.
Vista Verde normally does not have homes for sale. it is a small community. However If you can be patient they are worth it. On average only 2 homes sell here every year. They may be anywhere from the $400,000 range up to $800,000. This is another one of the communities no one expects to find in Montverde. There are reasons why such nice homes and people live here.
