Visconti West condos for sale are the real condos in Visconti. There are townhomes in Visconti East but in Visconti West you will find 3 story apartment style condos.
Visconti West is one of the better looking condominium communities in Maitland. There are several great things about the community but namely it is fairly easy to tell what the homes should sell for. There are enough of them that actually sell and they are similar enough to price them fairly easily. All you have to do is look at the last few months sales to guide your offer.
Other great things include the amenities and surrounding area. There is a gorgeous pool here and it overlooks a fairly large lake. Many of the condos also are lake view homes and they look to the the south and so they get that Florida sunshine all day long. There is also a tennis court and of course this is a gated community with a beautiful entrance.
The condos here vary in size from 672 square feet with just one bedroom and one bathroom up to 1,375 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The homes are larger in Visconti East but they are also not as available and of a different style. The designers of Visconti knew there would be a market for both, and were correct.
