Visconti East in Maitland FL is a townhome community most often marketed as a condominium. There is a monthly fee here and it is more of a condominium style community but this side looks and is simply townhomes.
There are 191 homes in Visconti East. There are homes here as small as 896 square feet and as large as 1707 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. These are very attractive and nice townhome style homes. The community is gated and normally traffic flows fairly easy in and out. There is a lakefront community pool that overlooks Lake Shadow and it is what many would call a resort style pool. You will likely agree the community is nice even though it may or may not be for you.
Shopping could easily be done 2 miles away at the Publix Supermarket at Gateway Crossings. Normally when there is a Publix that means several other stores are around it. This is Maitland FL and there is always shopping all around. Also not far away and important is access to Interstate 4. Needless to say if you are a commuter at all this can be a great road to have nearby.
