Jesups Reserve  

Jesups Reserve contains approximately 150 townhomes. It is located directly across the street from the Winter Springs Town Center. The town center is just what it says. It is filled with trendy shops and stores and yes there is a Pulbix Supermarket there. You will be able to walk almost anywhere you need to go. If you are into getting outside Winter Springs is a great place to live and so is Jesups Reserve. Jesups Reserve also has a nice community pool. The townhomes floor plans vary from 1,085-1,888 square feet.

Jesups Landing

Jesups' Landing is a little further north and closer to Lake Jesup. The main entrance is on Orange Avenue and across the street are many of Winter Springs's lakefront homes. There are 170 homes inside of Jesups' Landing and the community pool overlooks one of the two large ponds. Both of these communities are very attractive and most people could easily and happily live in them. The townhomes here vary in size from 1,435-2,228 square feet. As you can see there is a slight difference.
