Lake Mary Landings is in eastern Lake Mary. Lake Mary Landings is also a fairly large townhome community. It is not far from Lake Jesup. I chose this community because of it's size and proximity to a major highway on the east side of Lake Mary. 17 homes sell here each year for an average price of $220,000
