Thornhill consists of 105 homes. The homes  are of the style you would normally see down South in the Florida Keys. The community has a fairly large central park area and a nice children's play area but no community pool at this time. Although being close to Lake Mabel it has no lakefront lots. However it does have 22 homes on waterfront lots. There is a very large pond with a fountain.

It is a 25 minute drive from the community to Universal Resort or Disney's Magic Kingdom. Close enough to drive too easily while still avoiding all of the traffic associated with them around your new home.
