The Village of Montrose is found just south of the roundabout on Tibet Butler Drive. In fact all of the homes on Fenimore Ct and with a Tibet Butler Drive address south of the roundabout are in this village. That comes out to 50 homes. The golf course's 6th hole and a mail center are on the northern side of this village.
