The Village of Fenney is located toward the southern portion of The Villages. The main entrance is Fenney Way and it is located on the south side of Warm Springs Avenue about 1/2 way between Coleman Florida and the Florida Turnpike.

The Village of Fenney is one of the latest additions to The Villages. I personally like it a little further away from the crowds but it will not be long till the crowds are here. This area is building up quickly but still maintains it's beauty. The community is incredible just as The Villages treats everyone with dignity and respect so do all of the local residents here.
