The Village of Cambridge in Keenes Pointe

The Village of Cambridge is in the northern part of Keenes Pointe. It is just under 1/4 of a mile east of Jack Nicklaus Parkway and the northern community entrance. The village is on the north side of Tibet Butler Drive and the street is Caymus Loop.

The Village of Cambridge is filled with 61 beautiful homes and mature trees shade the street. Along the east and west sides of this village are the 13th and 14th holes of the golf course. Expect a short 5 minute cart ride to the clubhouse and even less than that to a waterfront park area.

Caymus Loop does actually make a loop on the northern end. There are eleven homes inside of the loop. You will notice that the homes on this street do not have the more concrete tiles that you find on some of the custom homes. Pricing here is not quite as high as you fill find on the streets to it's east of south. I have seen the inside of quite a few of these homes and most of the people I know could be quite happy living in a home in The Village of Cambridge.
