Community features

The Sanctuary is located across County Road 419 from Riverside. This community is broken up into smaller sections but I will simply refer to the whole thing as The Sanctuary, There just is not that much difference in the sections and they are all great. Near the center of the neighborhood on Sanctuary Drive is the communities recreation area. There is a couple of tennis courts, full basketball court, community pool, children's playground among other attractions. This area is also on a pond which gives a great view.

History and homes

The Sanctuary was built between the years of 2001 and 2007. That is newer than Riverside and some of the other communities in Oviedo. The homes you will see for sale will range in square footage from 1,537 sf. to 4,619. Because many internet visitors are from other areas I will include that square footage here is only heated and cooled portions of the home. Not garages or screened in lanais etc. Many of the homes here have 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.
